Booked & Beautiful is a reading tracker operated as a sole trader business in Portugal. Billing, tax and invoicing are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You may also submit a complaint through the Portuguese electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt. Complaints submitted there are answered within 15 working days.

Hosting and infrastructure
The service is hosted on cloud infrastructure within the European Union and served through a global content delivery network. Payments and invoicing are handled by Paddle.
